Is appendicitis an emergency?
Yes. Pain that starts around the navel and moves to the lower right abdomen, with fever or vomiting, needs urgent assessment.
Can gallbladder stones be left alone?
Stones causing pain or infection are usually removed; your surgeon will advise based on symptoms.
